About the role

Expedite your maintenance leadership career! We are seeking a self driven, solutions focused and experienced Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Technicians and Trades staff to success, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost effective maintenance of our Gold Processing Plant, whilst delivering on key projects across the function.

Drive performance and foster a positive ‘values based’ culture where the ‘way we work’ is just as important as the expertise we demonstrate every day. The role is offered on a Lifestyle 8 days on 6 days off FIFO roster at our Mt Morgans operation in the prolific Laverton Gold district.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring works are completed safely, in line with WHS legislation
  • Ensuring processing plant is maintained to company standards
  • Ensure maintenance compliance with all planned and unplanned events
  • Support to drive key project performance and outcomes
  • Work order control and cost management
  • Scheduling of planned and unplanned work
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture where problems are approached as opportunities for improvement

About You

You will also have:

  • Established supervisory experience within a similar role overseeing a fixed plant maintenance team
  • Trade certified with S26 Supervisor competency
  • Project management experience is highly desirable
  • Enable and support a safety focused culture
  • Current Drivers Licence (Manual)
  • Mentor and guide the team to assist with their ongoing learning and development
